Institute of Nano Science and Technology (INST) invites applications for research careers in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology as various Scientific and Technical posts on Direct Recruitment basis AND Administrative posts on Deputation/Transfer i.e. immediate absorption/short-term Contract Basis. Number of vacancies are as :
1) Scientist 'G' (Professor) : 01 post (UR)2) Scientist 'F' (Professor) : 03 posts (UR)
3) Scientist 'E' (Associate Professor) : 06 posts (UR-04,OBC-01,SC-01)
4) Scientist 'D' (Assistant Professor) : 01 post (OBC)
5) Scientist 'B' : 07 posts (UR-05,ST-01,OH-01)
6) Chief Finance & Administrative Officer : 01 post (UR)
7) Finance Officer : 01 post (UR)
Age Limit : Scientist 'G' - 50 years; Scientist 'F' - 50 years; Scientist 'E' - 45 years; Scientist 'D' - 40 years; Scientist 'B' - 35 years; Chief Finance & Administrative Officer and Finance Officer - 50 years in case of transfer and 56 years in case of deputation/short-term contract.
Fee & How to Apply : Rs.500/- shall be submitted by each candidate in the shape of DD/Indian Postal Order in favor of "Institute of Nano Science and Technology, Mohali" (payable either at Mohali or Chandigarh) along with Self-attested photocopies of testimonials and Application in the prescribed form which can be downloaded from http://www.inst.ac.in/careers.html should be submitted at above address by Registered/Speed post so as to reach by 15th October, 2014.
