IIT Kanpur, an Institute of national importance, has been in the forefront of engineering & technology education and research & development. The Institute is in search of suitable Indian Nationals, through ONLINE applications only, for the following posts :
1) Student's Counselor : Total 04 posts ; Pay Band : Rs.15600-39100 with GP of Rs.5400/-
Mode of Appointment : The appointment shall be on contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable on noteworthy performance.
Age : Not more than 55 years.
Qualification : Essential : M.Phil (Clinical Psychology) with 1st class alongwith 2 years of relevant experience OR MA (Clinical Psychology) with 1st class, alongwith 3 years of relevant experience.
Desirable : (1) Having training in Counselling technique, and/or any therapeutic module. (2) Experience in counselling students of highly competitive Institutes of higher learning. (3) Administrative experience in managing relevant Counselling service set-ups.
Fee : Demand draft (DD) of Rs.500/- drawn in favour of "The Registrar, IIT Kanpur payable at Kanpur".
