Commission will hold an All India Examination for
recruitment to the post of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police (DP) & Central
Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security
Force (CISF) on 22/06/2014 (Paper-I) and 21/09/2014 (Paper - II). Number of
posts and Age criteria are as follows:
1) SI
in CAPFs : (CRPF-178+16,BSF-733+39,ITBP-138,CISF-921+102,SSB-68+02)
Total 2197 posts
2) ASI/Executive in CISF : (508+56) Total 564 posts
3) SI (Executive) – Male in Delhi Police : 131 posts

AGE LIMITS for the post of Sub-Inspector
in Delhi Police & CAPFs and Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF is 20-25
years.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS as on 01.01.2014
1) BACHELOR‟S DEGREE FROM A RECOGNISED UNIVERSITY OR EQUIVALENT.
2) For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police only:- Male candidates must possess and also carry a valid Driving License for LMV(Motor cycle and Car) on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. Otherwise they will not be allowed to undergo Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.
Fee : Rs. 100/- only payable through CRF Stamp in case of Off-line or SBI Challan or on-line payment through State Bank of India for on-line applications. No FEE for SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen and Women.
